Who we are
AARK Network Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202505542N) is an IT services company registered in Singapore, at 22 Sin Ming Lane #06-76, Midview City, Singapore 573969. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It covers this website, enquiries you send us, and the services we deliver.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form, email us, or call us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, and anything you include in your message, such as your company, vessel, or site details.
- Client work. To deliver a service, we may receive contact details for your staff, crew, ship's agents, or site contacts, along with technical information about the systems we support.
- Website logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To plan and deliver the services you request, including attendance on board or on site.
- To send service reports and invoices, and to keep business records.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
- Partner engineers. When we arrange attendance at a port outside Singapore, we share only what the engineer needs for that job, such as the vessel name, port, contact person, access arrangements, and scope of work. Partners may use it only for that attendance.
- Service providers. Our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.
- Authorities. Where the law requires us to.
Transfers outside Singapore
Because we support vessels worldwide, personal data may be shared with partner engineers in other countries, and our service providers may store data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps so that the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Cookies and storage
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a few small values in your own browser so the site works as expected. These values are not sent to us.

Some content comes from other companies:
- Google Maps. The map in our contact section loads only if you choose Accept or click Show map. Google may then set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. Our fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- LinkedIn. We only link to LinkedIn. Nothing loads from LinkedIn unless you click a link.
You can change your choice at any time with , which is also at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as we must for legal or business reasons. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security measures, including access controls and secure systems, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, loss, or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need it to do their work.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue some services. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
